The home team of Patrick Mahomes and his wife Brittany Mahomes has been updated with the addition of a new female member!
The Kansas City Chiefs quarterback, who is also 29 years old, and the co-owner of the Kansas City Current, who is also 29 years old, had their third child, a girl named Golden Raye Mahomes, on Sunday, January 12. A black-and-white snapshot was shared on Instagram by the pair as they shared the good news with their followers.
As seen in the photograph, Brittany and Patrick are seen cradling their infant daughter’s feet while standing in front of a wooden sign that has the name of their daughter. The caption of their joint post said, “•Golden Raye Mahomes• 1/12/25🎀✨,” which is a tribute to the deceased.
Daughter Sterling Skye, who is three years old, and son Patrick “Bronze” Lavon Mahomes III, who is two years old, will be joined by the couple’s newest arrival.
During the month of July, Brittany made the announcement that she and her husband Patrick were expecting their third child together in a series of simultaneous Instagram Reels.
The couple uploaded a cute video of themselves, their daughter Sterling, and their son Bronze participating in a picture session while wearing all-white clothing. In the video, the family can be seen smiling, laughing, and dancing about as sonograms are being taken.
The Reel was accompanied with the words “Round three, here we come 🤍,” that were written by the pleased parents.
As adolescents, Patrick and Brittany started dating while he was a sophomore and she was a junior at Whitehouse High School in Texas. Both of them were attending the same school.
In a conversation that took place in the year 2020 with Today, Patrick reminisced on the early stages of his relationship with Brittany. He described himself as “just a normal teenage kid showing up at the family dinner type stuff and being nervous and everything.”
Following the presentation of his Super Bowl ring to Brittany in September of 2020, Patrick announced his intention to marry her in front of a flowery wall that had a neon light that said “Will You Marry Me?” Additionally, the couple made the announcement that they were expecting their first child later on in the same month. In February of 2021, they welcomed their daughter Sterling Skye into the world.
Through a private ceremony that took place on the island of Maui, Hawaii, on March 12, 2022, Patrick and Brittany finally exchanged their vows of “I do” after dating for a decade.
Towards the end of that year, the couple made the announcement that they were going to be adding another child to their family by posting a joint Instagram post. Bronze, the couple’s second child, was born in November of 2022 by the couple.
