At 33, McConachy has undergone five breast augmentations, six nose surgeries, eye color changes, cheek and butt implants, and numerous Botox and filler treatments. Standing at 5’7” and weighing 100 pounds, she proudly shares her body measurements—37-17-29—and considers them close to perfection.
She began her transformation at 20 when her father gifted her breast and lip enhancements, and she became obsessed with the world of aesthetics, saying, “If you can modify your body, why not?”
Similarly, Jayne, a cosmetic nurse, has had multiple surgeries but was recently turned away by doctors due to her dangerously low body fat and BMI.Despite this, she remains determined to enhance her breast size and plans to travel to Turkey for further procedures.
