Senator John Fetterman of Pennsylvania turned heads at Donald Trump’s second inauguration by breaking tradition with his casual attire.
Sitting front and center, Fetterman sported gray basketball shorts, sneakers, and his signature black Carhartt hoodie, standing out in the Capitol Hill rotunda among attendees in formal suits, including Jeff Bezos and former Presidents Bill Clinton and George W. Bush.
He’s also expressed openness to bipartisan cooperation, even stating his willingness to meet with Trump at Mar-a-Lago to discuss common goals.
The inauguration also featured plenty of fashion moments. The Trump women opted for understated elegance: Ivanka wore forest green, Melania chose navy, and Ivanka’s 13-year-old daughter, Arabella Rose Kushner, appeared in camel.
Lauren Sánchez, Jeff Bezos’ fiancée, drew attention with a lacy white camisole under her white blazer, while Melania’s wide-brimmed hat and somber outfit sparked online debates, with some dubbing it her “funeral look.”
